Jai Reporting is an assistive report-checking tool for radiology professionals. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement.
The service
We provide software that reviews a pasted radiology report for laterality errors, contradictions, impression mismatches, and missing sections. Output is assistive. You must review the flags, edit, and take professional responsibility before anything enters a medical record.
Not a medical device
Jai Reporting is not a diagnostic device, not a PACS, and not a RIS. It does not provide medical advice. It does not detect disease. Any flag or suggested revision is assistive only.
Acceptable use
Do not submit patient identifying data. Do not use the service to generate or sign reports you have not reviewed. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or overload the models.
Free to use
Jai Reporting is free. There is no trial, subscription, or payment. Use of the service remains subject to these terms and to professional responsibility for any report you sign.
